UK Orders
Shipping is free on UK orders over £100.
EU Orders
Shipping to the EU costs £15, with all duties and taxes calculated and paid at checkout.
For EU orders under €150, a flat €3 customs duty per item applies from 1 July 2026 and is included in the checkout total, so there are no additional charges on delivery.
Canada Orders
Shipping to Canada costs £20, with all duties and taxes calculated and paid at checkout.
Rest of World
Shipping is £25. Orders are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning any applicable import duties or taxes will be collected by your local customs authority or courier before delivery.

Jennifer Bailey founded Calla after years of frustration. As a woman with bunions, she found it impossible to find shoes that were both comfortable and genuinely beautiful. So she built them herself.

Every pair of Calla shoes is handmade by skilled shoemakers in small, family-run factories in Portugal. We work closely with each one, so our shoes are made ethically, with care in every stitch.

Responsibly sourced MATERIALS
All the leather in Calla shoes comes from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group, which checks how responsibly leather is made. Most of the range uses full-grain leather, the strongest part of the hide, which softens with wear. Beautiful shoes shouldn’t cost the earth.

Order are sent tracked delivery from our UK warehouse.
If you're in the UK, your order should be with you in 2-3 working days, unless you have selected express delivery, in which case please allow 1-2 working days.
If you are outside of the UK, please allow 4-15 working days for your order to arrive.
All customers will be sent tracking information within a day after completing your order.
You have 30 days to return your order. For UK customers, a small £2 returns charge will be deducted from your refund, but exchanges and credit notes are free.
