    Standard (2-3 working days) delivery is free to all our UK mainland customers on orders over £100. 

    Orders under £100 are subject to a £3.49 delivery fee.

    Express delivery is £5.49 (1-2 working days delivery time).

    All deliveries are sent tracked. You will receive your tracking number by email once your shoes have been dispatched.

    We aim to cover all areas with our Express service, but unfortunately it cannot be guaranteed in certain areas. These include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

    All our deliveries are sent tracked by Royal Mail or an alternative courier service, so if you’re not in your delivery-person should leave a card for you with instructions.

    Cancelled orders

    If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

    If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

    Pre-orders

    Pre-ordered items will be charged in full and secured for you as soon as the order is placed. Once your order has arrived we will be able to ship your item directly to you. 

    The returns policy for pre-orders is the same as for all other orders.

    You can also pay by PayPal or buy now pay later with Klarna.
