 Delivery Cost (UK)

Standard delivery is free to all our UK mainland customers on orders over £100. 

 

All deliveries are sent tracked. You will receive your tracking number by email once your shoes have been dispatched.

Orders outside the UK:

 

• Orders over £200 - Free standard delivery (4-15 working days)

Europe and Canada Duties

In order to reduce delivery times and remove the need to pay duties on delivery, if you are within Europe or Canada you will be able to pay customs duties at the checkout which we will pay on your behalf and then they will be shipped Delivery Duties Paid from our warehouse in the UK.

For orders outside Europe and Canada your order will be subject to import duties as applied by your country.

Please note if you are from Australia you are able to place orders up to $1000 AUS before being charged import duty on delivery.

Cancelled orders

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items will be charged in full and secured for you as soon as the order is placed. Once your order has arrived we will be able to ship your item directly to you.
