Returns Portal
For multiple parcels you will need to create a label for each parcel.
For each parcel you wish to return choose the shoes that relate to that parcel to generate the first label and then start the process again for your next parcel etc.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
In order to manage our increasing costs, from the 1st November 2024 we will be charging £2 for returns. There will be exemptions to this including exchanges, damaged goods and returns.
