Black Friday VIP Early Access: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Black Friday VIP Early Access promotion. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. VIP Early Access offers 25% off all full price shoes ahead of our general Black Friday sale.
2. VIP Early Access is only available to customers who have received our VIP Early Access email. The discount code in that email is for the recipient only and should not be shared.
3. To redeem the offer, customers must apply the discount code from the VIP Early Access email in their cart or at checkout.
4. The discount does not apply to:
   • Outlet products
   • Preloved products
   • Accessories
   • Shoe care products
   • Gift cards
5. VIP Early Access runs from 12:00am on 16th November until 11:59pm on 19th November (UK time). Our general Black Friday sale then runs from 20th November until the end of the day on 1st December. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. All products are subject to availability. Once a product or size is sold out, it will not be restocked for the purpose of this promotion.
7. We are unable to apply the promotional discount retrospectively, and cannot offer price adjustments or partial refunds on orders placed before or after the promotion period, or on items that were out of stock during the promotion.
8. The discount code is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
9. All purchases made during the promotional period are subject to our standard Returns Policy.
10. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
