This International Women’s Day I want to celebrate all the female founded businesses that I know and love, that I think you will love too!
I love seeing women succeed and am lucky enough to have many female entrepreneurs in my network, who are truly a source of inspiration for me.
Even when we attended the Spirit of Christmas Fair in London in November, we noticed just how many stalls were owned by female entrepreneurs and it was truly inspiring to see and an honour to be sitting alongside them.
There is so many to choose from, but here are some businesses owned by my amazing female entrepreneur friends that I think you will love, some of which are giving you exclusive discounts!
Claudia Bradby designs handcrafted jewellery for strong, independent and adventurous women with a passion for living life to the full. As a Calla customer, we know you fit the bill!
The natural beauty of pearls is celebrated in contemporary design, bringing modern pearl style to your everyday wardrobe.
Inspired by the bustling gemstone markets whilst living in Hong Kong, Claudia began creating simple jewellery for friends, stringing pearls onto knotted leather. As her passion grew and the popularity of the pieces increased, these evolved into a complete collection of contemporary, wearable pearl jewellery.
Claudia’s inspiration remains the same as when she started designing jewellery in the late 1990’s; to create stylish, affordable pearl jewellery that can be worn by everyone, every day.
Her pieces are so beautiful, that it comes as no surprise that she has some famous fans, most notably The Duchess of Cambridge!
Sit alongside good company and discover your new go-to jewellery pieces now with 15% off using exclusive code CALLA15.
Discount is valid until the 30th April 2022.
Family is at the core of the business, and even the range of gins reflects this! Their Flavoured Expressions range includes gin flavours to match the personality and preferences of each sister… Strawberry is for ‘sweet-toothed’ Kerry; ‘ethereal’ Hayley inspired the herbaceous Lime & Thyme Gin; the Caramel Espresso Gin is for coffee lover Kate; and the Passionfruit & Cardamom Gin was designed for Lucy’s love of Asian flavours.
Craft beverage knowledge runs in the family too, as their 7 brothers own Seven Bro7hers Brewing Co, making the 11 siblings perhaps the biggest group of direct siblings operating in the alcohol industry in the world!
Their impressive story doesn’t stop there, as in 2020 the team shifted a large percentage of its production capacity to hand sanitizer in order to support their local community, providing the much-needed product to Salford City Council and its key workers. How incredible.
Are you a gin-lover or know someone who is? FOUR SIS4ERS have been kind enough to give Calla customers an exclusive discount.
Use code CALLA15 to receive 15% off across their whole website.
Discount is valid until 31st May 2022.

I met Jess, co-owner of Outside Gang at the Spirit of Christmas Fair last year and I even bought one of their drinks coolers for my garden in preparation for the warmer months! I only recommend brands I genuinely love, and so when compiling this list, I knew we had to include Outside Gang.
This husband and wife team sell a range of cooler tables that not only chill beers and wine, but enable you to prep food and serve drinks in style too. What’s even nicer is how this pair’s personal and professional journey intertwine, with Outside Gang bringing Jess and Graham together and resulting in a beautiful family – you can read more about their story here.
Outside Gang believe in well made products which will last a lifetime, and their drinks coolers are made in the UK by a small family run team.
