Customs and Duties Notice
On 29th August, the $800 de minimis threshold was removed, meaning that all parcels regardless of value would incur duties and tariff charges.
We've made it easy to pay your duties and taxes to your government customs department by collecting them up front and then paying them on your behalf on import.
This makes delivery faster for you and also removes any chance of additional charges imposed by the carriers for admin and processing fees.
Calculations of the duties, taxes and tariffs applicable to your order will be made at the checkout.
If a shipment is refused a charge of $30 will be deducted from your refund.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items will be charged in full and secured for you as soon as the order is placed. Once your order has arrived we will be able to ship your item directly to you.
The returns policy for pre-orders is the same as for all other orders (you have 30 days to return the shoes from the date of receipt).
