Measure Your Feet

If you’ve had bunions for a long time you may have been wearing the wrong sized shoes in order to get them to fit.

Many women go a half, one or sometimes even two sizes bigger in order to get the correct width in their shoes.

With Calla shoes for bunions you should not have to do this as they have extra volume in the toe area than a regular fitting shoe.

We recommend measuring your feet to know your true size using our fitting guide below.

How to measure your feet

Stand on a blank piece of paper.
Draw an outline of your foot (you may want somebody to help you with this).
Measure the length from the heel to the end of your longest toe.
Check your result against the table below.

Measure the width of your feet

Use a soft tape measure, place your foot on the floor, and measure around the widest part of your foot including around your bunions.
Take the measurement in millimetres.
Then find your shoe size in the table below and follow the numbers in the table to the right of your shoe size to match it to the closest measurement of the width of your feet.

Most of our shoes can accommodate up to an WW (EEE) fitting across the widest part of the foot (please see the notes below on bunion severity and the suitability of our shoes).

We ask you to measure the width of your feet to check if our shoes will be suitable for them.

Customs and Duties Notice

On 29th August, the $800 de minimis threshold was removed, meaning that all parcels regardless of value would incur duties and tariff charges.

We've made it easy to pay your duties and taxes to your government customs department by collecting them up front and then paying them on your behalf on import.

This makes delivery faster for you and also removes any chance of additional charges imposed by the carriers for admin and processing fees.

Calculations of the duties, taxes and tariffs applicable to your order will be made at the checkout.

If a shipment is refused a charge of $30 will be deducted from your refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items will be charged in full and secured for you as soon as the order is placed. Once your order has arrived we will be able to ship your item directly to you.

The returns policy for pre-orders is the same as for all other orders (you have 30 days to return the shoes from the date of receipt).
