Founder of Calla shoes, Jennifer Bailey, has been featured in Liverpool Echo, a regional Merseyside paper, along nine other women entrepreneurs who have ‘turned their passion into profit and are killing it’.
Having founded Calla shoes after being made redundant while pregnant, Jennifer’s aim in establishing the company was to provide women with bunions with comfortable, yet fashionable shoes for special occasions.
Jennifer has always had the idea to establish a brand of shoes for women who suffer from bunions, women like her. However, the business vision only really came together in her head after she struggled immensely to find a suitable pair of shoes for her wedding.
